Focusing on the theme of Hawaii, our 50th State. 5 cones were placed at different lengths, 10 reps at each cone.

-Picking pineapples (squats)

-Fight the riptide (flutter kicks)
-Touch the stars from the telescope (burpees)
-Get a hula waist (A-hammers)

-With the battle rope, jump over x 50
-in a merkin position, navigating around the battle rope x2

Workout

  • Stretching consists of arm circles, and some static stretches.
  • Workout starts with a round of Dora. 100 block curls, 200 block squats, 300 block flutter kicks (regs with the block in the air above your head) PAX would trade of with a block carry down two flights of stairs and up two then back again.
  • After Dora we marched back to start and practiced endurance with a few 2 minute rounds of say anything.

PAX perform exercise for that round without the block. Meanwhile, one PAX runs down to grab a block and brings it back to the start. Then they perform the block version of that exercise and so on with other PAX until everyone is back.

Once all blocks are back, the last PAX to must do 10 reps to complete the round. The starting PAX must also kick off the round with 10 reps of the non-block exercise.

Round 1 – Squats/Block Squats
Round 2 – Merkins/Block Decline Merkins
Round 3 – Flutter Kicks/Block Flutter Kicks
Round 4 – Burpees/Blockees

Roasted pig – 20 reps of 6 ab exercises, flip over for 10 merkins in between each.

Burpee ring – jog in place, each PAX calls down for the next burpee until end of workout.
