We meet several times during the week at different locations (AOs) in the Greater Dayton area.

AO: THE BRIDGE (Monday)

Location: 2940 Presidential Dr, Fairborn, OH 45324
Day(s): Monday
Time: 5:30am – 6:30am (45 min workout, COT is 15 mins or less)
Workout Type: Ruck style workout on Monday.
Details: Meet in the parking lot in front of the Lockheed Martin building. Breakfast and coffee (Coffeteria) to follow at the Panera next to Fairfield Commons mall after various workouts.

AO: SMART PARK (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)

Location: Austin Landing – 10445 Austin Landing Blvd, Miamisburg, OH 45342
Day(s): Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Time: 5:30am – 6:30am (45 min workout, COT is 15 mins or less)
Workout Type: Bootcamp style workout on Monday and Wednesday, Ruck style workout on Friday.
Details: Meet in the grassy area in front of Cinepolis movie theater. There are parking spots surrounding that area or you can park in the bottom floor of the parking garage. Breakfast and coffee (Coffeteria) to follow at Austin Landing Panera after various workouts.

AO: FALCON HILL (Tuesday & Thursday)

Location: Kettering Middle School Track – 3000 Glengarry Dr., Kettering, OH 45420
Day(s): Tuesday & Thursday
Time: 5:30am – 6:30am (45 min workout, COT is 15 mins or less)
Workout Type: Bootcamp style workout on Tuesday and Thursday.
Details: Meet in front of the track between Kettering Middle School and the Kettering Rec Center. Breakfast and coffee (Coffeteria) to follow at The Greene Panera after various workouts.

AO: DEHAVILLAND (Saturday)

Location: Delco Park – 1700 Delco Park Dr, Dayton, OH 45420
Day(s): Saturday
Time: 7:00am-8:15am (1 hr workout, COT is 15 mins or less)
Workout Type: Bootcamp style workout.
Details: Meet in the first parking lot to the left by the softball fields once you enter the park. Breakfast and coffee (Coffeteria) to follow at the Bob Evans on Dorthy Lane after most workouts.
