Cold, dark, not much wind.
- Stretching consists of arm circles, and some static stretches.
- Workout starts with a round of Dora. 100 block curls, 200 block squats, 300 block flutter kicks (regs with the block in the air above your head) PAX would trade of with a block carry down two flights of stairs and up two then back again.
- After Dora we marched back to start and practiced endurance with a few 2 minute rounds of say anything.
