Today we had a work out planned and decided to switch things up to help some packs knock out some goals for their challenge.
We jogged to the playground. For the first round one person ran around the track while one person did as many pull ups as possible and another person did as many push-ups as possible.
After that round we were pretty bushed so we tried to switch things up a bit. For this round two people did pull ups and one person did push ups. We then all did a lap around the track.
We complete four rounds total and each pax recorded their amount for the challenge.
