Conditions were cool, cloudy, and there was a lil bit of rain.
- Quick warm up
- Run to blocks. 1 per HIM
- Blocks to shelter and ran through a routine consisting of Blerkins, and Block squats. 10 – 30 in creasing or decreasing by 5s and switching between exercises.
