Teams of 2 PAX alternating between a rep exercise and a bear crawl or walking lunges the width of a football field and back.

Exercise 1 – 100 Burpees

Exercise 2 – 200 Squats

Exercise 3 – 300 SSH

Exercise 4 – 400 Mountain climbers

Exercise 5 – 500 American Hammers
