COLD! Snowing, fairly windy! Made for wet eyes and frosted tips!

Workout

Stretcharama – Some good dynamic stretching to warm my body! These included AKAS, arm circles, and fast paced air squats.

The workout consisted of the following: Brisk walking around the track, followed by air squats at intervals. Followed by high knees (slow modification) and repeat. Took the opportunity to stretch out and warm my busted leg.

Forgot my flag, so I headed back to the car and did some more stretches!

Overall, a very cold workout! Felt good to get fresh air and move the body!
